Hart Pens Op-ed on U.S. Solar PV Manufacturing for Utility Dive

Writing for Utility Dive, David Hart, professor of public policy at George Mason University and author of “Diversify, Domesticate, and Disrupt: Strengthening America’s Nascent Effort to Build a Resilient and Robust Solar PV Supply Chain,” discusses how the U.S. can improve upon the Inflation Reduction Act to create a stronger solar PV manufacturing policy.
