Panel Discussion: A New Technological Cold War?

On October 21, EIRP President Paul Saunders moderated an online panel discussion of U.S. technological competition with China and Russia, the first in a series on Great Power Technological Competition. EIRP co-sponsored the panel with the Center for the National Interest; speakers included the Center’s Vice President and Director of Studies, George Beebe, Center Distinguished Fellow Paul Heer, and Robert Atkinson, President of the Information Technology and Innovation Foundation (ITIF).
